Ms. Yang is a partner resident in the Beijing office. Ms. Yang is one of the earliest practitioners in securities law and corporate law in China. Her practice focuses primarily on securities offering, SOE reforms. and mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Yang has an extensive experience in the real estate industry. Transactions that she advised on involving acquisition and development of real estate include: the initial public offerings by real estate developers such as Beijing Hualian Department Store Co., Ltd., Beijing Hualian Hypermarket Co., Ltd., Wumart Stores and Pangda Automobile Trade Co., Ltd., after the completion of which Ms. Yang continues to act as these companies’ long term advisor and advised them on the subsequent refinancing, investments and acquisition transactions and their cooperation with real estate funds,including for example Wumart’s acquisition of Chaoshifa Supermarkets, Jiahe Supermarkets and a series of other acquisitions and Pangda Group’s development of a retail network and related acquisitions. Ms.. Yang also acted as the advisor to the real estate business of COFCO in connection with its restructuring of commercial and hotel real estate and its refinancing projects, and advised China Resources Group in connection with its domestic business (including real estate business) restructuring, New China Life in connection with several of its investments in real estate, and Sinopec in connection with its acquisition of several real property projects.

Ms. Yang's recent securities experience includes advising:
