Bruno Almeida has significant track-record in civil and commercial litigation, corporate and contract law, M&A, restructuring, labour, foreign investment and tax law. 

He regularly advises national and international companies in major real estate projects and commercial transactions, with an extensive cross-border practice, as well as in public procurement procedures for the operation of landmark infrastructures. 

He is also licensed to practice as Private Notary in Macau.

• Advised a major Macau SAR holdings company in transactions worth over HKD3.3 billion of prime land located in Lisbon (Portugal).
• Advised a global leading technology holdings company in the regulatory compliance of its mobile and web applications in the Macau SAR.
• Implementing a corporate re-structuring of two helicopter chartered flights company within the same group companies pursuant to an acquisition.
